great coastal stay

The hotel was very clean. It. the location allowed a lovely walk along the coastal path. the weather was fantastic during our late september visit. i liked the peacefulness of the caravan, and the short walk to town was convenient.
I found one glass in the cupboard a little dusty. It seemed it had not been sanitized after the previous guest. this was a minor issue, but it made me slightly concerned about the cleaning process.

the staff at the eatery were excellent, providing great service during our dinners there. they offered various choices, and the food quality was high. i found them attentive and helpful.

our caravan included two bathrooms for two bedrooms; this was very convenient. the caravan also seemed modern, light, and clean. the park itself was immaculate, it appeared very well presented, and this contributed to a relaxed atmosphere.

I found the caravan very clean upon arrival. It included unexpected amenities like washing up liquid, convenient. The location is great, providing easy access to coastal walks.
Mobile signal was poor, and WiFi was only available in the bar area.

the kitchen was fully equipped, i will admit.
The internet didn't work in the lodge, that really frustrated me. i wanted to facetime family, especially with a wedding in canada happening. the attitude at reception was unhelpful. I heard 'oh well, make the most of the peace', this angered me. It shut at 5pm and had restrictions.

the accommodation was clean with enough space and kitchen facilities. the location is good, within walking distance to the beach. the pool on site was great fun.
i found out that several things were not available everyday. there is no shop on site, just water and milk. the eatery and bar on site closes early on saturdays, and even earlier for the rest of the week. i personally would not recommend it if you don't have a car.

Fantastic Stay with Great Service

The general manager Katie and receptionist Megan were helpful when our car broke down, extending our stay without hassle. The caravan was very clean, and I found the provided kitchen utensils and crockery to be more than adequate. A washing machine was available. It proved useful .
The mobile signal was poor, and WiFi was accessible only in the bar area. This was inconvenient since I wanted to stay connected and needed reliable internet access throughout the premises.

The pool was well-maintained; I noticed it was clean. Lifeguards Charlie, Will, and Ash were always present. They made sure the pool area remained safe and orderly (I really appreciated their diligence).

Though I mainly ate out, the on-site restaurant seemed convenient. It offered a readily available dining option. The Chicken and Rum pub nearby provided good value for the price; I found the meals quite satisfying.

The staff was very responsive to our needs. They addressed concerns promptly. I got the impression that the team was very dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction, which I value.
